Chris Nixon

Chris Nixon is a multidisciplinary artist with works spanning illustration, graphic design, creative direction and public art. Based in Perth, Chris’s art explores abstract reflections with a strong sense of narrative, connection to place and purpose.

With an emphasis on the handmade and crafted, using colour, texture and pattern, Chris pursues creative opportunities across a wide range of media from children’s books to animation, commercial illustration and large artwork installations.

Chris has created several large scale artworks which have been installed around Australia and has exhibited work in Tokyo, Berlin, Bali, Sydney and Melbourne.
