Focussing on a somewhat ambigious expression of hope, wonder and determination, featuring eucalyptus and wattles, a king protea and the local Cowara bird, ie the purple crowned lorikeet.
Contrary to popular belief, ‘Cow Town’ is named after this colourful little bird and not the cows, real and fibreglass dotted around the main street.
